بعضی وقتها می خواهیم فقط یک نسخه از برنامه ما اجرا شود .
برای این کار ابتدا تمام پروسسهای ویندوز را چک می کنیم تا اگه برنامه ای با همان نام پیدا شد ، محل اجرای آن را چک میکند و ......
